2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

- Items purchased during sale periods or with coupon codes are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
- Innerwear, accessories, and hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

- Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, you will be guided on reverse pickup or self-shipping depending on your location.

4. Exchange Process & Store Credit

- If you request an exchange but do not wish to receive a replacement or any other item, we will issue a store credit coupon.
- This coupon will be equal to the product's value (excluding shipping charges).
- The coupon is valid for 90 days and can be used on any future purchase from our website.

5. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

- Reverse pickups are subject to courier availability in your area.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, you will need to ship the item to our return address.
- The return shipping cost in self-shipping cases will be borne by the customer.

6. Quality Check

- All returned items undergo a thorough quality check before approval.
- If the item fails this check, it will be sent back to you, and the return/exchange request will be rejected.

7. Refunds

- Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as store coupon after successful return and quality approval.

- Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be entertained.
- Prepaid order cancellations will only be refunded as store coupon.
