- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Once dispatched, a shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Our standard delivery window is 7–8 business days from the date of order placement, depending on your location.
- Please note that during high-volume periods such as festivals or sale events, deliveries may take slightly longer.
- Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events (e.g., natural calamities, pandemics) are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order.
- We may offer free shipping as part of promotional events or order value thresholds, which will be clearly communicated on our website.
4. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of order.
- We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to receive the package, re-delivery charges will apply.
5. Tracking Orders

- You can use this link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery at your provided address.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the product may be returned to us.
- In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may be applicable.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will initiate an internal investigation with the courier partner.
- Any replacement or compensation will be at the sole discretion of Cxnsordd based on the findings.
